When Things Go Bad
"Jackie and
Judi - I want to tell you both THANK YOU for all the help you gave to me and my family for our trip to Mexico. First
of all Jackie and Judi - both of you were there for me when our flight on American Airlines was cancelled due to bad weather
and they could not put us on another flight until the Sunday the day before our trip was to end.
When I called,
Judi you quickly looked into alternatives for us for flights out on Funjet and you were able to get all 4 of us on a flight
out the next morning and moved our hotel out a day to allow us to have the full 4 night 5 day vacation I paid for with no
hotel penalties. Your ability to work with me and help me out was extraordinary! Thank you for your
support and dedication if you had not helped me to get flights we would have had to cancel this once in life vacation for
me and my two nieces and best friend. The trip was to celebrate my youngest niece's 21st B-day.
Thank you for
helping my trip with my nieces and my best friend to be one of the best trips I have had.
