Most vacations and travel
ventures are provided through a number of vendors who are engaged individually by the traveler or collectively through a broker.
In todays world of travel all types of arrangements can be made. Packages can be found where all elements of the
trip are defined and controlled by a single vendor. In these cases, the traveler must follow the defined trip.
In other cases, group
travel can be found for some elements of the trip, i.e. air travel, while other elements are provided by another vendor. These
situations usually have some degree of flexibility but the parts of the travel venture must be carefully planned and coordinated.
Or the traveler can deal directly with the vendors (air, hotels, tours, transfers, etc.) to develop
a travel itinerary that meets their desires. While providing the most flexibility, great care must be taken to make sure all
elements of the trip are planned and properly coordinated.
I have developed extensive
experience in dealing with the full range of vendors and can assemble a trip using the full range of options in dealing with
vendors. I make all arrangements and provide detailed itineraries for all phases of the trip. My past experiences in dealing
with many of the vendors allows me to reach the right person to make a special request or learn of unpublished offerings.
